Edit: I can get it to pair to an older version of dolphin, making it quit blinking and only light up the 1st blue light, but the remote doesn't do anything and at the bottom, it keeps reading "Connecting, though it does nothing no matter how long I wait.
I can confirm that it is a nintendo controller and not a 3rd parties, and that it shows up as rvl-cnt-01.
Anyone have any ideas?

Here is a video of me trying to connect. At this point, I think it's either my Wiimote (Bought it used) or my bluetooth device. I'll find out for sure when i go to my bothers house this weekend.
