Dolphin Crashing When Starting some games

I am using the latest Mac Version of Dolphin, yet most of the games, just either freeze or hang up on the start screen, like my game for example, Hot Wheels World Race seems to crash, or Sonic Adventure DX, or etc... Is there anyone who can help me make them able to be played whilst on the newest version? It would be very much helpful if one can.

Not an expert, but did you try to reset your settings first?

The last time Dolphin crashed for me, it was caused by a dead link in my custom textures folder
