Dolphin crashing on startup, even without emulation.

My computer specs are listed in my profile, but i have an Acer Aspire VX with a 1050 graphics card.

I've been trying to play Wind waker on the latest development version and it keeps crashing (even if the emulation isnt running).

Ideas?
