Dolphin Crashing on Launch

Oddly enough, 4.0.2 doesn't open at all anymore. I got a dev version it opens like how 4.0.2 did before (once on windows start-up and never again until re-boot).

My issue isn't online problems.

Currently 4.0.2 doesnt open at all anymore. 4.0-828 opens on start up and never again (like 4.0.2 used to do). Also 4.0-828 gave me the following error message "The instruction at 0x778431d0 referenced memory at 0x068f0074 memory could not be read."

Also 4.0-824 is consistently launching now (it wasn't before and I've changed nothing) so there is a good chance it may stop working.
