Dolphin crashing instantly.

As soon as i open dolphin.exe it crashes, cant do anything inside the program. im using 4.0-6554, and ive tried the latest version and it does the exact same thing.. what could cause this?

Just found the issue. was using a official wii u adapter without using zadig to install it properly first
