Has anyone else had this error, thanks in advance for the help

Have you tried the ones on good state like: 4728, 4727.
Try activing Panic Handlers to see if the cause is an error of Dolphin.
What video plugin are you using?

I got Dolphin working by changing the graphics plug-in to "Dolphin Software Renderer", but the game runs at the speed of a slug (about 6 FPS) is there anyway to speed it up besides getting new hardware?

Mm....Software Renderer is sort of for tests and actually is very slow.
