Is there a fix for crashes when reading files like "dx11-gameID-vs/ps/gs.cache" with Dx12 backend ?

It shouldn't stutter after Dolphin recompiles it

I mean, it's either stutter a bit again or just keep crashing (assuming it's the file's fault)

TehGuy probably uses DX12,Opengl,DX11 with his nvidia.
Paul should probably use DX12(if fixed), DX11,Opengl with his AMD

Nvidia: d3d12, vulkan, opengl, d3d11
AMD: vulkan, d3d12, d3d11, opengl
