Dolphin Crashes When Opening Anything

For some reason, my Dolphin will not run anything, WADs or ISOs. I use a special disc drive that reads Wii and Gamecube games as well, in case illegal copies are a reason for this. It was fine in the morning, and all I did that probably affected it was that I restarted my computer, and now, it's broken. I can access everything else on Dolphin, such as the settings. It won't crash if I have it play a game that would give the error message "The disc could not be read." (i.e., my Sims 3 game). I have noticed that if I set the game to run at 10% speed, it takes longer to crash than running it at a faster speed. Both Wii and Gamecube games are affected. I have the Gamecube menu as well, but enabling "Skip BIOS" and then trying again without it doesn't make a difference. I've tried reinstalling Dolphin, and yet it doesn't work.(Side note: For some reason, the settings for the emulator and the controls were still there when I reinstalled, so it might not have uninstalled fully, even though I used the uninstaller) Can someone help me?

EDIT: These are my dolphin settings. I couldn't take a screenshot of them since Snipping Tool isn't working for some reason.
