That not really I fast cpu in general or for dolphin. That been said what render are you using(opengl, direct x, direct x 12). I can't find anything that says that intel gpu however it could but without direct 12 I doubt that the computer would have any chance of running dolphin well. That said direct 12 may not make it idea either. Also as previous poster said make sure you graphic card drivers are updated.

Here's the latest drivers for you from Intel's website
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/downloa...duct=92136 Yeah, that's not really a fast computer. It's middle of the line at best. You'll only be able to play games at native resolution, no up-scaling. And the CPU has slower single core performance than my old core 2 quad Q6600 (came out in 2008). So you can't play demanding games. 07-09-2016, 05:49 PM

It's not bad for everyday tasks, but its not great when it comes to gaming.
Why is it telling you not to download? This is the drivers straight from Intel's driver page for the N3700 07-10-2016, 09:54 AM
copy from the page
"About Intel® drivers The driver or software for your Intel® component might have been changed or replaced by the computer manufacturer. We recommend you work with your computer manufacturer before installing our driver so you don’t lose features or customizations." In other words intel recommend people to look at the manufacture site before using there drivers because of changes they may had made. That said I never had trouble with reference drivers in my current asus rog laptop for both intel or nvidia. 07-10-2016, 10:46 AM
You can manually install drivers using a "Have Disk" style installation, it's a little involved though.
