I have this problem with newer versions of Dolphin, for example 7222,7223,7232.
Older versions (for example, r7216 or V2) do not have this problem.
I have tried this on two different computers (with different CPU, GPU, etc) one with Win Xp 32bit and the other with Win7 64bit (using 32 and 64 bit versions of Dolphin) and I get the same error message. I searched the forum but couldn't find anything. I apologize if this is has come up and been answered before.
