Dolphin Crashes after first 2 screens

PC SPECS:

AMD Athlon (dual core) 2.8Ghz 5600+, 2 GB RAM, Geforce 9800 GT 1028MB, DELTA 1010LT sound card, Windows 7 Ultimate, etc.

When trying to load StarFox, trying a crapload of settings, it will always fail after canceling the memory card settings screen:
