Dolphin crashes after closing a game

Ok, when i start playing a game on full screen this will happen  [img][/img]  dolphin will frozen and will say that "Dolphin.exe stop of working." and then i need to wait for dolphin to close, after that i can start dolphin again and play but will happen that   please i need help!

I don't know on image is my version i reciently download dolphin from official website.
