Dolphin Crashes After 15 to 20 Minutes

So, whenever I use the emulator, it's crashed after about 15 or 20 minutes of playing. It seems like it's running fine and it seems maybe like Windows just thinks it has stopped responding and it forces it to close, but I'm not sure. What happens is I'm playing my game fine, and then the message "Dolphin.exe has stopped responding, searching for a solution" pops up and then after a few seconds no solution is found and I have to click the "Close Program" button. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I found the problem, I should have searched more for an answer before posting this, sorry guys.
