If it works, don't fix it.
But there is an error with your DirectX files. Here's a working link for the Visual C++ link that Billiard26 posted:

If that fails, look to see if there is an updated driver for your video card if thats your primary sound device, or if you have a separte card, look for an update for that.

Okay, first I'll try installing the Visual C++ 2013 redist from that link. I didn't have it installed on my system according to the programs list in the Windows Control Panel, but only 2012 and older versions. My sound device is a Realtek HD integrated chip and I have the latest drivers for it. I should also mention I'm using the default audio settings in Dolphin, and HLE audio.

If that doesn't fix it, I'll test the latest dev build. It may take a while for me to report back though, because the crashes are so infrequent (once per week?) and unpredictable.
