Dolphin crashes a few minutes after loading any game

Like the title says Dolphin crashes a few minutes after loading any game and gives me the same error message that I will post below. I tried clearing Dolphin's cache, deleting the Dolphin.ini file for a fresh start, tried every video backend, and even downloaded and tried to play using the newest nightly right before I posted this message. Nothing helped. As a side note my PC is only a few days old and all the drivers are up-to-date. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Run Windows update and make sure you have the latest iGPU driver installed for your Intel GPU

I ran Windows update and all my drivers are up-to-date and I am still having the same problem.
