I've never used Kodi, but it seems you can set parameters/arguments for the emulator. Dolphin needs a bit of special care. If you find the option, you might then look at the thread "Using XBMC - Unexpected Parameter"

I just tested it, it seems that it got changed and you now have to use the /e-argument to open the game. The /b argument is just for closing dolphin if you close the game, also described above.
