Right click Twilight Princess in the game list, go to Properties, go to the Info tab, and click the Compute button. You will get an MD5 hash. Compare it to one found on the Internet (ensure that the region and system matches).

In Dolphin, go to Config, Paths, and click Add. Select the folder where you keep your ISO. Twilight Princess should then appear in the Dolphin window. Right click the game there and go to Properties.

41deff9b1fd2831f48fbfa2dd1054e4d is correct, so your ISO isn't the problem.

Go to the Intel Driver Update site, and search for the Intel HD 4400. This will show the drivers available. Download the latest one and run it. It will tell you if you have the latest installed, or if not it will install the latest.
