I'm pretty sure my CPU can get most of the games I'm going to play at least almost fullspeed. My new computer is on its way here right now.
I got a bit of help on these forums because you guys. Thanks a lot. I actually had no idea that the model of the CPU was the numbers after the type. (ex. mine is a Core i5 2450M) I was looking at this stuff when picking out computers and it all seemed to be that it only told if it was a 1st gen, 2nd gen, or 3rd gen because all the 3rd gens had a 3k number after it, all the 2nd gens had a 2k number after it, etc. That's what I thought that number meant and therefore, when I was asked what the model was, I was stumped. But then you guys pointed me in the right direction. Thanks a lot.
Also, I feel I should say this. I may have acted "dumb" at first, but I actually have enough computer knowledge to confuse almost all people that I talk to around here. (I have a hard time discussing tech with my friends.
) I did learn some extra stuff to add to my knowledge when I came here. Thanks guys. I'm actually pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science, so new knowledge is always welcome.
