Hey, I hope I'd find a solution there

I'm using Dolphin 5.0 with command line to play through big picture, because I wanted to dolphin from TV with my SteamLink device.
I have a GC adaptater for Wii U that is working well after reinstalling driver with Zadig.

But when I'm playing from TV with my adaptater plugged into SteamLink and VirtualHere support, I have random inputs from left stick, spamming down left.

I've realized, from my PC, that when I unplugged the adaptater while running a game, Dolphin will send constant down left input. So I guess this is what happening when micro disconnections occured since it is working via network.

I was wondering if there was a way to just not send any input when the controller is undetected by Dolphin while running a game.

Thanks,

Have you tried with the latest dev or beta build instead of 5.0 stable?

To ask the obvious, have you tried to recalibrated the joysticks? So it should do it on its own by unplugging and (carefully without touching the analog sticks or triggers) replugging the controllers. Alternatively, holding the X, Y and START/PAUSE Buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds should reset the calibration as well.

From stable, dev and beta version of Dolphin, I've got no mapping window for GameCube adaptater, or am I doing wrong ?

From main toolbar clicking on controller, then configure (screenshot below)

And it acts only when I unplug the adaptater, causing trouble when I'm playing remotely.

Just saw your edit

To reformulate, the adaptater is working fine when I'm playing locally. But when I play remotely, there are these down left input occuring quite often. When I was determining the cause of this behaviour, I tried gaming locally and realized that, when I unplugged the adaptater while running a game, Dolphin will send constant down left inputs to the game. I thought that these random down left inputs are occuring because of the fact I'm playing through network, with its micro disconnections.
So I'd like to find a way for Dolphin to just be neutral when it considers the adaptater disconnected.

I apologize for this very specific issue but I'd love to run Dolphin on my TV as I did in my childhood Smile
