Hm.. unstickying for now until this gets more up to date (including more of the relevant options) and has some screenshots (since no one feels like reading all the text).
Anyway, it seems like some noobs come around here and think they've got the "fastest config" just because they followed this guide, but it e.g. lacks any mentioning of the efb format change emulation.
