Dolphin Co-op Netplay Support

The title is a bit misleading, this is what I want to request as a feature:

• A way for me and a friend (or multiple) to play a single player game together via Netplay. With this, I mean that we all control a single controller port - so that one player per say, can control the sword of Link and one can control the running? We both see the same thing on our screens, and synced of course.
  

This is a feature that would make Dolphin Emulator so much more fun for me and my friends, since we are all into single player games but can't play them together if we're not at each others house or something.
