When I have a game open in dolphin, my monitor's refresh rate gets lowered from 120 to 59. Every time, I have to go into my display adapter settings and change it back to 120. I'm using the latest dolphin build.

Specs:
i5-6600k @ 4.6Ghz
8gb DDR4-2666Mhz oc@ 3200MHZ
AMD Radeon R9 Fury
Windows 10 Home

Does it still happens if you use V-Sync?

Also, note that most games won´t run at more than 60 FPS (unless certain patches are applied).

One last thing: update to latest dev build. 4.0.2 is too old and unsupported.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

I will try v-sync, but I'm leaning towards not using it due to reported input lag.

Also, I am using the latest dev build and I don't mind that games only run at 60 fps, I just want dolphin to stop changing the refresh rate of my entire system.
