32 bit support was dropped for a good reason. It will not be supported anymore.

Sorry, we don't care about being fair. Feel free to create such an emulator for your own device yourself, or just trust us that there are good reason for us not to do so.

I think unfair many appliances that are not 64-bit has power to emulate the dolphin
