Here we go !
My PC:
CPU T4300 2x2.1 Ghz
VGA: ATI 4570 512 MB
RAM: 2G
Window 7 Home Premium 64 Bit
---------------------------------
Dolphin x64 r4525 ( newest version )
Setting:

I have 150 fps (loading game) but only ~ 30 fps ingame ( too slow for fighting game). I have tried other setting but i've never got more fps. You see i use DirectX 3D Plugin, and when i tried OpenGL plugin, it was slower. Otherwise i had disable other sounds and disable aero.
---------------------------------
Now i want to play this game with more fps and try to use .bat file and game booster so i get 1~2 fps more but it's still slow. I hope you can help me ! Any tip from anyone is helpful for me.
Many thanks !

I think thats as far as you could get with you lappy and this game is slow even on my pc so either play on a better faster desktop or just dont play it at all cuz all you would get is disappointment

is CPU -> EFB access needed for this game? Otherwise disable it cuz it can slow things down a lot

Of course it would be better if i had faster laptop but if you see in this video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-q4xAT_ZDGc
He has less fps in this game than mine ( ~ 35 FPS) but his game runs faster and i don't understand why or how he can play it smoothly. I don't think that he has a better PC.

Try enabling real XFB with EFB disable in OGL and with a bigger resolution 1280xXXX

I tried it but dolphin runs slower, maybe your CPU has more power than mine and that's why your game runs smoothly although with higher resolution.

Now i think the best solution for me is to use the r2124 version of Dolphin, i just googled but could not find where i can download. The reason why i choose this version, you can see in this video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-q4xAT_ZDGc
He uses this version and although he has less FPS, but his game runs very smoothly.
Anyone has this version ?
