I always use d3d but also with opengl doesn't start. If i use interpret core it stats (slowly of course). So i think the problem is jit with the detection of movebe of the rev 1380. Something goes wrong.

Amd phenom x3 720
radeon 5770
2 gb of ram
win 8.1 update 1 32 bit
With the rev 1374 works so i think the problem is in rev 1380 (the next downloadable)
