Hello everyone,
use Dolphin for a couple of months and I wanted first of all to thank you for the immense work and continuous development .
It is to some versions (namely the 4.0-7540 and all those published later) that instead of starting the game only gives me a black screen and nothing else.
I joined the forum because I thought it would be helpful to this report.

There is already in the profile, but I write again my configuration:

- Mac Mini Late 2012
- Yosemite 10.10.5 (14F27)
- 2,6 GHz Intel Core i7
- 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
- Intel HD Graphics 4000 1024 MB

So 4.0-7538 and older work, but not 4.0-7540?

No, version 4.0-7540 works fine.

I updated this morning as I do every day (4.0-7556) and happened the problem I have written before, so I went back version after version until I found one that worked.
Out of curiosity I tried the 4.0-7558 and 4.0-7561 and give the same problem.

If necessary I provide my Mac for any test.

You're right, I haven't even thought about writing games. Honestly I've tried three or four randomly... Zelda Wind Waker, Zelda Twilight Princess, RE 0 and another RE that I can't remember ... all gave the same problem.

I just tried Twilight Princess (Wii, NTSC) on 4.0-7651 and it booted fine (but I didn't check in game, only the title screen demo, but I assume it works). This is on a Hackintosh, i7-4710HQ with Intel HD 4600 graphics on Yosemite 10.10.4.

OatmealDome, when I created the topic, version 4.0-7651 was not out yet. Later - when I get home - I try it and I will tell you. Wink

Whopsss ... I apologize, before I was out of home, without the Mac and I'm confused with all these versions. Blush

No, 4.0-7651 today didn't work, but now I did testing with some games (only the start screen):

- Four Swords: works
- Resident Evil 0: crash (I can send the report)
- Resident Evil 2: works
- Resident Evil: works
- RE Code Veronica: black screen
- Zelda Wind Waker: black screen
- Zelda Twilight Princess: black screen
- Zelda Ocarina of Time: works
- Zelda 's Collection Edition: black screen

All the games works with 4.0-7540.

I'm guessing there's some kind of OSX failure; those games all work for me.

There's a possibility that the dumps are bad as well. (Calculate the MD5 hash by right clicking the game in the game list -> properties -> info -> Compute MD5. Compare it to one found on GameTDB (make sure the region, pal/ntsc match up too))
