I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO dumb!
I doubt this will EVER happen to anyone else, but just in case... I had it upside down.
Now that I put it in mode 4 (which I thought before was mode 1) I got both Wiimotes working just fine.
I will say this, though.
The top option, Pass through a Bluetooth adapter does NOT work.
Even the second option, Emulate Wii Remote then select Real Wii Remote STILL gives the error, a Bluetooth device was not found, you must manually configure your Wii remotes.
Only once I was actually IN a game did the remote get seen by Dolphin, so all that time I spent trying to set it up, even if I would've been in the right mode, still wouldn't have seemed to work because of the error message and first/top option not working.
Might I suggest getting rid of that error message or at least clarifying the options and message itself to reflect what is actually happening?
Anyway, all is well now. Thanks for reading.
PS Looks like I wasted $30 on a second Dolphin Bar...Oh well, it's always nice to have a spare I suppose.
