Dolphin Bar issues

So I've been using the MayFlash dolphin bar with the Dolphin version 5 for about two months now.
This morning I find that i can't really keep the cursor on screen at all.
I performed a Sensitivity test on the bar in Wii Menu only to find that only 1 Dot appears on the screen.
So thats great. Seems only side of the Mayflash bar is working. So i cleaned the bar, took it apart and cleaning inside. Nothing seemed off inside of it.
After doing all this it still wont work and only 1 dot on the sensitivity test still shows up.

I just want to know if anyone knows about this issue before i assume the bar is just faulty and have to order a new one.

You might have run into the well-known DolphinBar issue where the IR LEDs burn out after a while.
