No not really, they are original..
I had "fake" ones but they couldn't be found by my bluetooth stick so I got used original ones which worked at the first try, I am able to play games with them, just when I use the Sensor bar in the game, I have no cursor or it doesn't react, because the left light is switched off.
When I press Sync it blinks for some seconds and I am able to select a save file (Super Mario Galaxy) and then it turns itself off again.
The wiimotes are just discoonected if I use a bluetooth stick, but it won't connect with the Sensor Bar.
