Dolphin Bar Cursor Issues

So I've been using my Dolphin bar for over a couple of years now with no problems. Last month I started using it, and now there's some issue, and I can't figure out what's causing it. The cursor jitters to the right on occasion, either a significant distance or a short one. Also, moving the cursor in some places feels wrong, like it's not 1:1 movement. Almost like the cursor is moving on top of some kind of "bubble," I suppose.

I say Dolphin Bar because it's what I use for my setup, but I'm not certain it's causing the problem. I've tried two different Wii remotes, tried setting it up both below and above the TV, tried it at different distances, tried cleaning both the sensor bar and the Wii remote, and tried different builds of Dolphin, even after rebooting the computer, but nothing I've tried has solved it.

If you don't have an iphone, you can look at the Dolphinbar(while it's running) with your phone's camera and check if any of the LEDs died. It should have 5 per side, i think, each set with 3 pointing forward, and 2 at an angle.

Open the camera app and point the camera at the sensor bar as if you're about to take a photo of it. (Or if you want to, you can take an actual photo of it.)

All right, I looked at it with the camera, took a couple pictures, not sure what I'm supposed to be seeing. I'm guessing that I should be able to see the LED lights, but you won't be able to see them with an iPhone because their cameras are designed to avoid picking that stuff up. I don't have an iPhone, but I have a Motorola Moto Z Force, so perhaps I'd need an older phone to pick it up?

Yeah, it looks like your camera filters out the IR light.

I borrowed a friend's older phone and checked it out, and indeed the middle three LED's on the left side are not lit. I guess that means they're burnt out, and I guess that means I need to buy a new one?

Bingo. It might be worth looking into a separate "sensor" bar and BT adapter.

The one thing that really sucks about the Dolphinbar is that it pushes way too much power to the IR lights, causing burn out for a lot of users.

What other alternatives are there? I have the sensor bars from my Wii and Wii U, though I doubt there's a simple way to use them on PC.

The simplest way to use one of those sensor bars is to have it connected to a powered on Wii (or Wii U in Wii mode) while you're using it with your PC. (Wii U without Wii mode won't work, because it will turn off the sensor bar when no Wii Remotes are connected or when you are in a game that doesn't use the IR.) If that isn't possible (because your console isn't close to your PC), I think you have to solder or something...

There are also USB-powered and battery-powered third-party sensor bars available for purchase.
