Dolphin bar behind me

Hi everyone

I'm planning to buy a dolphin bar. However due to my house configuration, The dolphin bar will be behind me. (Placed on a projector i'm using and i'll be playing in front of it/ See the schema for more understanding)
In that case, i'm assuming that my left and right mouvements with a wiimote will be inverted.
I would like to know if a dolphin configuration is doable to invert X inputs for example.
Or any other tips ?

They won't be inverted. However, your Wiimote will be unable to see the IR sources emitted by the DolphinBar, so you won't be able to use the Wiimote IR (which is used for the cursor). This really defeats 50% of the point of using a DolphinBar in the first place.

Humm okay.

Otherwise, in order to be front of the dolphin bar, I was wondering if there is a possibility to connect it to the computer throught bluetooth or wireless ? The dolphin bar will be powered by a charger throught the usb

No, there isn't.

Since you probably can't change your setup, you have a few choices:

- Leave the DolphinBar up there and buy a wireless sensor bar.
- Use an USB extension cable.

Wireless sensor bar seems interesting
I didnt search but will it be compatible with the dolphin tool ?

All sensor bars are compatible with Dolphin, as long as they are getting power from somewhere. ("Wireless" sensor bars simply use batteries instead of getting power from a USB cable or the kind of cable that only fits in a Wii.) Just keep in mind that sensor bars other than the DolphinBar don't contain a Bluetooth receiver, so you will need a separate one, otherwise Wiimotes can't connect to your computer.

A sensor bar doesn't actually "sense", it just emits IR light that the Wiimote uses for the cursor. You could even use candles if you wanted to…

Humm okay thanks, i have a better understanding on how it works.
I'm gonna use sensor bar and bluetooth device.
In case i wanna use several wii mote, do i need for each one a bluetooth device ? Or just one is enough to make it all work ?

just keep using the dolphin bar as your bluetooth device for your wiimotes, put batteries in your wireless sensor bar and just make sure it's on
