Dolphin audio mutes all other programs

Hello, when I open dolphin all other programs mute, This happened after I was trying to emulate the homebrew channel, and it wanted me to change the audio to DSP LLE or something like that. After changing it back to default, I now have this issue, any reason why? And heres my settings.

This is happening because you set the backend to "WASAPI (Exclusive Mode)". Setting it to anything else will make it so that other programs don't mute anymore.

Cubeb supports WASAPI without exclusive mode, so that's likely your best option if you don't want that behavior.
