I have watched video after video on youtube and dolphin works for them.I did everything i was meant to do i extracted all the dolphin files and put them in my folder when i click to see if dolphin works it gives me this error that says im quoting this

This application has failed to start because VCOMP100.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem
but it didn't.I cannot get on there to put my ripped file of my game to play it.It just wont let me.
Bye the way im no idiot i have the system requirements.
