Dolphin AppImage

I've created a process for producing a Dolphin AppImage - is this something that the project would be interested in upstreaming? I'm glad to work with the project to smooth over things as needed and get this into the pipeline, if that's desired.

I have no idea why this doesnt have any traction. I lack the knowledge but use the appimage that it proveded for all the other emulators i use. They all have superior performance this way. Seems myopic.

We currently don't have AppImages because nobody bothered to implement building support for it. Dolphin is open source, so, anyone can jump in and add support for it, it's just none of the active contributors had interest so far...
