I'm trying to play Dbz budokai tenkaichi 2 but to transform you have to click the sticks down and the bindings aren't present in the app is this a missed thing or am I missing something?

You can't click the sticks down on a GameCube or Wii controller. You must have been looking up the controls for the PlayStation 2 version of the game.
