Thanks, but even OC the speed to 3.0 GHz i can't gain an important speed. Is frustrating; i am not emulating a PS3...

It sounds like something is wrong there. Is the overclock taking affect? How did you get it to 3.0GHz without changing the voltage?
Asus Laptop: K53TA
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit - SP1 CPU: AMD Llano A6-3400M, Quad-Core, 1.4GHz-2.6GHz (Overclocked) GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 13.1) RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR3-1333 03-24-2013, 05:09 PM
You should notice huge difference in speed if you OCed it correctly
3.0GHz requires a lot of voltage (which is enough to kill your CPU) Laptop: Mini PC :: 03-24-2013, 05:23 PM

How did you get it to 3.0GHz without changing the voltage?I change the values of K10 here and there until it does not crash. Then i run the game and the speed only improve by 10%. I normally have 50~60% speed; with the OC i got 60~70% speed.
only 10% ?
It should be at least 20% : 1.8 -> 2.3GHz and at least 23% : 2.3 -> 3.0GHz A certain game only run at 16 FPS on my desktop dual core @ 2.6GHz . After i overclock the CPU to 3.6GHz , that game run at 30 FPS Laptop: Mini PC :: 03-24-2013, 05:51 PM
Well, i don't know what to say. I am sure the OC is taking effect because the K10 INFO tag shows the CPU speed as well Core Temp does.
Maybe i am missing something... And no, i have no background APPs running, antivirus working or something that can leach the CPU. 05-07-2013, 03:42 PM
Overclocked to 2.6GHz
So that people don't get confused, this laptop is heavily overclocked, some of these games won't run this fast normally. Resident Evil 4 Super Mario Sunshine Mario Kart Double Dash I'll post more later.

Overclocked to 2.6GHz - Mario Galaxy 2 with HLE audio

Wow starscream.... Those results are pretty insane (especially the Super Mario Galaxy 2 shots lol XD, 70-80% most of the time?!). Man..... I wonder how well Kaveri will do. Too bad HSA wont help dolphin all that much from what I understand.

Mario Galaxy does run pretty well in some areas, but not all. That is also without LLE audio and other settings for accuracy which are needed for proper game sound and for passing certain areas. So, while my results are accurate, they are a bit misleading when you take into account the entire picture of what you really need to run the game properly. Don't go out and buy this CPU and expect to run the game well.
