DOLPHIN and NVIDIA OPTIMUS (Resolved)

It works with other programs, and PCSX2 uses the GPU perfectly. It cannot be defective.

Then it may simply be bad luck and Optimus doesn't like Dolphin out of all the programs you run. Not sure what the developers can do. If PCSX2 can use it, then Dolphin should be able to as well.
