It's funny you posted this right after somebody recently started talking about this again: https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-dolphin-development-for-shield-k1

You can't run any version of Dolphin that dropped 32 bit support.

Maybe, but the way I'd do it if you have the network bandwidth is via GameStream, which is one of the main advertised features of the Shield products. However, you need an NVidia GPU to do it. When I last checked, there was some software attempting to do the same job with AMD GPUs, but I've never tested it.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: Intel i5 4670K @3.4GHz... for now @4.6GHz with a quick and dirty (yet stable) OC. May get faster in a bit before the end of time.
RAM: 16GB (Down from 24 GB after some was given to siblings)
GPU: Radeon Vega 56

Only thing with GameStream is you can't add Dolphin Emulator for streaming.

We do not "look for" ROMs here. Discussion of piracy is forbidden.

Basically any format that any GC/Wii disc dumping program outputs is supported by Dolphin, although if you're using CleanRip with a device that's formatted to e.g. FAT32 and you are dumping a Wii game, you will need to merge the several output files into one. The details are described here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Ripping_Games

You can put games wherever you want. Dolphin will find them as long as you tell Dolphin to look in the folder where they are.

I wouldn't recommend using Dolphin on your device, though. It's not going to run great.
