No. This game is a GC one. What's more, dumping games is'nt allowed : it's a forgery offense, since "private copy" is DEFINITELY NOT a right but an exception.
Yeah you're not allowed dump, rip or copy anything without the author's explicit permission; otherwise, you're simply breaking the law.
If Dolphin was able to directly read Wii/GC discs, then emulation would be perfectly legal.
I know that the law is weird concerning almost everything referring to informatics and Internet, but well, the law is the law.
