Dolphin and Higan link possible in master revisions

I wnat to play some GC games that required GBA games. Is there some revisions and instructions to make it possible?

It's not possible to do so with Dolphin's master branch, and iirc you can't use standard Higan either. You'll need modified versions of both emulators. JMC47 should be around to answer things more specifically.
