Does gpu-z show an average for just stream/shader processor or all of the fixed function logic too? From what I understand it's practically impossible to get an accurate gpu load via software due to the amount of fixed function logic intended for different functions that can bottleneck each other.

nvidia gpu's can handle non shader load reporting.
