Dolphin all of a sudden not booting up

Seems to fix with a restart of pc, for a while. Not sure what is happening, any insight would be good.
Upon booting I get the screen attached.
even updating the files yields the same results.

same with me, but it's been I've been using Mac OS 10.14.4. It seems like I'm having a memory leak from the program, because it crashes as soon as I open the ISO.

Back up your game saves (GC memory cards and Wii NAND), then delete the Dolphin Emulator Folder and Dolphin itself. 

Download latest dev build, extract and try again.
