The r5120 main build (ggogle code) enables SSSE3/SSE4.1 codes. Still your SSE4.2 build r5115 is faster, especially in Super mario Galaxy where i get 5 - 20 fps more with your build with a core i7. SSSE3 builds should be redundant though from now on.

The r5120 just adds custom SSE in a few places, not universally.
Letting the compiler do optimization globally is another thing. 02-25-2010, 04:12 AM

Can I use these builds if I have a sse2 proccessor type ?
