for people who curious about performance using another compiler that's not vc++

http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php use program like cpuz to check what ever max SSE you have to get more benefit from build

New
** different setting each time when compile so speed maybe also different.

I'm current work at Laos ,nice country but my place has no internet connection.I don't know it at first that's why I didn't write anything.
now I have a chance to use an internet and can remote to build from my office in Bangkok.Hope it works because I cannot test it and cannot fix anything right now and if it work I don't know if it will be faster or slower.
I also don't know when I will have a chance to use an internet again maybe once a week,Sorry for all who waiting.

SSE3,SSE4.2 mean you must have SSE3,SSE4.2 support to run

I build this at my company and scan it with nod32 antivirus lastest update.but for your safety maybe you have to scan it again.

I've heard that Intel compilers deliberately reduce performance on non-intel processors.
I'm using an Intel on this machine, so it should be interesting to see, I'm going to try it.

Well, can't say I notice any difference in performance, against a recent build by mamario.

Someone with an AMD processor aught to test this.

they has many function that benefits Intel cpu.but I didn't use that... (VC++ can add SSE2 instruction set but ICC can add SSE4.2)

but anyway I compile with auto parallelization so it can be benefits with something like quadcore for a few loop.

oh well i'll leave this thread since it isn't

i though that since amd and nvidia users had one that intel was going to get one

having a build that works/performs better for intel users would be great

hopefully you can compile one like that

CPU: Intel® Pentium® Dual T3200 @ 2.00GHz
RAM: 3GB
Graphics Card: Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family

I was curious how ICL would fare over VC, but this build seems much slower for me. Could be the rev itself as I'm comparing against like 10-15 revs older.

Thanks for compiling for testing though.

Tested on Intel i7 860 D3D

well at some parts in brawl its fast, and in others its just normal.

my average in this build is 38-39, but in older build was 35-38, i think this is a bit faster
