Dolphin 5.0 Won't Boot

Dolphin 4.0.2 works just fine but when I use any version of 5.0 (stable or development) I can't even open it, the best I can get is if I run it as administrator and in compatibility mode for windows 7, if I do that then I will see the dolphin menu before it instantly crashes, I have no other Dolphin installs and I can't figure out what is causing this.
