Dolphin 5.0-rc-1 improvements

What improvements and fixes were added in dolphin 5.0-rc-1, because when I switched to it from 4.0.2, my FPS went from 25-30 with lag to 58-60 with little to no lag at all.

It's a massive improvement especially with the specs I have.

The Dolphin 5.0 RCs were discontinued. They were based on 4.0-6727 and are now quite a bit behind! Use the latest development builds!
