Dolphin 5.0: How long should I wait untill I should use the Development build?

Hello, I typically use the Development version of Dolphin as I like to get the latest fixes and optimizations, but I was just wondering if I start using Dolphin 5.0, how long should I wait until I should use the Development version? What are the differences in using the stable version vs. the development version?

Honestly I dislike stable, but we need it otherwise us devs would never fix any regressions. I imagine in a few months we'll have fixed a ton of bugs and implemented new features that 5.0 stable will look old and busted.
