Hi all,

Just got my Wiimote yesterday (was playing using X360 controller).

It connected fine via a Bluetooth adapter + sensor bar and dorks well in games.

However, every time, in every game, when the speaker is used - Dolphin freezes.
If you un-check the "use speaker data" field in the controller configuration screen - it works (without playing sounds).

Examples of such cases are shooting the stars is Super Mario Galaxy, or swinging the sword in Zelda SS.

Would love some guidance.

Not sure if devs read this forum, but I can dump \ collect logs if necessary.

Well, if it has Motion Plus inside, it's probably a -TR Wiimote… Are you sure it's not a -TR Wiimote?

Yeah, mate.
Take a look at my connected BT devices:

And, it works in Zelds SS which, AFAIK, requires Motion Plus.

Is it an official Wiimote or a third-party one?

If it's an official Wiimote, then you got an early model of the Wiimote Plus, which has broken audio unlike the newer -TR Wiimotes.
If it's a third-party one, you're already lucky that it works for you under Windows.

Um... it's a fake Wiimote I got off of Ebay for like 15$, so I guess you can call it "third-party" Smile

No audio for me, then. No big deal.

Thanks for clearing that up!
