Dolphin 5.0 Crashing ater 3-5mins

Dolphin 5.0 on Windows 10 Crashes after 3-5mins even if I don't run a game.

Lets see if we can fix this:
1) did you check for any Windows updates that are waiting to install?
2) do you have the latest GPU driver updates for both Intel and Nvidia?
3) does this happen in the latest dev build of Dolphin?

I am having the same issue. Occasionally I open the emulator and it will work for 5 minutes, on other occasions it crashes immediately. it doesn't matter what game i play and is only recently an issue.

it should also be noted that the longer the computer has been on for, the quicker Dolphin crashes. Also certain games are running much slower than they normally do

Can you post your CPU/memory usage (maybe temps too)?
