Dolphin 5.0 and above not starting

I have no idea how this happened. My version of dolphin (can't check the version as I can't even start it) was working just fine. But when I started it up again today after a few months of not using it, it just wouldn't start. To explain what exactly is happening is, well... nothing. I click on the .EXE and the loading cursor shows up, when I look into the task manager the EXE shows up there too, but after a few seconds the EXE disappears, the cursor goes back to normal and no window has appeared.

I have tried multiple things and found out that any version below 5.0 worked just fine. And with the stable version 5.0 the window only shows up for a brief second and then just disappears again. I tried to see if I can click anything during that short amount of time but it seemed to be loading something and I couldn't click anything.

Things I have tried:
-Using multiple versions of dolphin 5.0 (5.0, 5.0-12247 and 5.0-12523)
-Reinstalling Visual C++
-Updating Graphics Drivers
-Updating Windows
-Deleted Config Files

BTW, there is nothing in the dolphin.log file.

My specs:
-Windows 10 1909
-AMD FX6300
-GTX 1050 ti
-12 GB RAM
-1 TB SSD

Make sure Windows Defender is not blocking Dolphin. Create an exception for it.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Try resetting your Dolphin settings by deleting the Config folder (This PC => Documents => Dolphin Emulator => Config). This won't affect your save data but it will wipe all settings, including custom controller profiles, if you have any. If that's not desired, backup the relevant INI files before deleting the folder...
Avell A70 MOB: Core i7-11800H, GeForce RTX 3060, 16 GB DDR4-3200, Windows 11 (Insider Preview)
ASRock Z97M OC Formula: Pentium G3258, GeForce GT 440, 16 GB DDR3-1600, Windows 10 (22H2)

This didn't do anything. Both with making an exception for the folder and the exe itself.

I have already tried that as I said in my first post. The only thing this does is that as message appears stating that the language has been reset to the system default.

After hours of frustration and troubleshooting, I finally found out that the Driver (vJoy) of the app which makes a PS Vita act like a normal Gamepad (VitaPad) crashes Dolphin. The reason why this happened only for 5.0 an up is probably because of its UI change, it also checks for devices on start up.
And I nearly wanted to reinstall windows for this...

So long story short, for those who might have the same issue in the future: Check your devices (even the virtual ones) and unplug, disable or uninstall them.

All this thanks to a five-year-old Reddit post which had the same problem but with a different device smh.
